Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our shipping facility which will contain your USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you encounter a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for updates to be shown.
Oh no, an item I want is out of stock!
We understand it can be disheartening to see an item you love currently out of stock. We restock our most popular items or replace them with a similar style. Please regularly check back on our site or Instagram page for any restock updates. You may also send an email to [email protected] with the desired item name and size, and we will try our best to provide a restock especially for you.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, we will issue a store credit that can be used on the website toward any purchase at any time. (Bodysuits and swimwear excluded).
I no longer want the item, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. You may send back the item and we will issue a store credit that can be used on the website toward any purchase at any time. (Bodysuits and swimwear excluded).
Do you provide return labels?
We do not offer return labels, as returns are made the cost of the customer. We suggest USPS as the most effective shipping method.
How long does it take to receive store credit?
When we receive your return, we will process the return within 7-10 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit code to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please check your email and junk/ spam folders for the issued store credit code.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it as we immediately begin processing orders to ensure timely delivery.
I received a damaged/ incorrect item, what do I do?
We apologize that you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please send an email to [email protected] within 5 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof if the damaged or incorrect item.
